Dual Enrollment
The Dual Enrollment program
in Belhaven Virtual offers highly qualified high school students the
opportunity to earn college credits while they are enrolled in high
school. Our college program also incorporates the Christian worldview
into the curriculum. To be dually enrolled, an applicant must have a
minimum composite score of 21 on the ACT or SAT I combined score of 970
on the critical reading and math tests. The applicant must also provide
a high school transcript with at least a 2.0 GPA. Students may take one
course per hemester (eight week session), provided that the course does
not interfere with their high school curricula.
All course offerings,
schedules, tuition, and resource fees are the same for dual enrollment
as for the Associate of Arts College Program.

Computer Requirements Questionnaire online.

An official ACT or SAT score report. Belhaven’s ACT institutional code
is 2180; its SAT code is 1055. Minimum requirement for acceptance is
21 ACT composite or 970 combined critical reading and math SAT
score.
- Official academic transcripts from all institutions attended.
Minimum GPA required is 2.0.

- A letter of recommendation from your high school guidance counselor or teacher.

An essay, interview, and letter of recommendation may be submitted
voluntarily by the student or may be requested by the admission
office if student does not meet minimum requirements for acceptance.

TOEFL for international, non-English speaking candidates (a score of 500
paper-based; 173 computer based; or 61 internet-based)
