Determined by need or military service, grants are provided by the federal government to students that qualify.
Federal and private student loans are available to those that qualify and can help make up the difference between grant aid and the total cost.

Credit for Experiential Learning/Work |
Students may receive up to 15 hours of credit for prior learning/work experience by submitting a portfolio. This can help reduce the number of hours needed to complete the degree.
Credit for specialized training received in the armed services will be granted on the basis of recommendations published in A Guide to the Evaluation of Educational Experiences in the Armed Services. Only those courses regarded as consistent with the curriculum at Belhaven will be credited toward a degree.
Many companies want their employees to be well trained and knowledgeable in their field; therefore, will pay the tuition or a portion of tuition for their employees to complete a degree or earn a master’s. Check with your employer to determine if they provide this benefit.

Belhaven’s main campus is in Jackson, Mississippi. The online program serves students around the world, while five branch campuses in Atlanta, Memphis, Orlando, Chattanooga, and Houston serve students pursuing Belhaven’s adult and graduate programs.
