I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as the Online Admission Coordinator at Belhaven.  I know the challenges that come with having a family, working full-time, being a student, and actively serving in the church.  To say the least, I know what it means to be busy and how important every minute of every day is.  As you pursue your educational goals at Belhaven Online, know that I am supporting the Online Team to provide an efficient and excellent experience for you.

Josh 3:5 – Joshua told the people, ”Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do amazing things among you.”
A'lillian Fuller

A’Lillian Fuller, Admission Counselor

I believe that any goals that can be desired and set, can be attained. It is great to be able to encourage students daily to get one step closer to being the person they would like to be and reach their professional and educational goals. My mission as an admission counselor is to help potential students see the value in educational and spiritual growth as well as be excited and motivated to become a member of the Belhaven family. I take pride in assisting students to understand what it means to be a student and see the future they are creating by investing in themselves.

Philippians 3:14 - I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

Having the mindset to further your education is a huge decision. I feel once you have decided to pursue your degree there is nothing that can stop you from achieving that goal. It gives me such excitement to assist students with their educational goals.  My goal is that my passion for education will transfer to potential students making them excited about their education, while motivating them to attain their degree.

Romans 8:28 - And I we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.

 Tanisha Jones

Tanisha Jones, Admission Counselor

It brings me joy to assist students taking the next steps in life to prepare them for greater. Here at Belhaven students get the opportunity to not only further their education, but also learn and fellowship with like-minded individuals who will help them along the way with life’s many challenges.

1 Peter 2:9 - But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

Kelsey Sollich  Kelsey M. Sollish, Admission Counselor

One of my favorite songs is “Day One” by Matthew West. The first lines of the chorus say, “It’s day one of the rest of my life. It’s Day one of the best of my life.” I love these lyrics because they serve as a constant reminder that each day given is a bright new day. A day for me to be everything the Lord wants me to be. It’s also a day filled with opportunities to help others grow emotionally and spiritually. I want to help students be everything God wants them to be by helping them get a degree in the field that God has called them to.

Joshua 1:9 – Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.

Servicing online students is a delight for me because it allows me to help and encourage students along in their educational and spiritual journeys. Some of our students are just beginning this journey, and some are finding time to continue where they left off previously. In the student services position, I encounter a variety of problems our students face, and I get the privilege of coming alongside them to find solutions. Observing students who work full time, tending to their families, and continuing their education is a blessing I get to receive daily; it is truly inspiring.

Matthew 6:33-34 - But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

It’s a rewarding experience to help students and encourage them to succeed in achieving their educational goals.

Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.”

C.S. Lewis once wrote that "We make men without chests and expect of them virtue and enterprise." These are men whose heads have been filled to overflowing, but whose chests have been left empty and barren. They know but do not know how to live well. I believe the benefit in an online degree from Belhaven University is that our students have the opportunity to have both the head and chest filled up. Our online students are trained to know and live well as servants of the Lord, no matter the field to which they have been called.

James 1:2-4 - Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
